SG937 - Flap Transit Light Emergency Landing

SpiceJet Flight SG937, a Boeing 737 (registration VT-SLG), departed Pune International Airport at approximately 6:40 AM on September 1, 2025, bound for Delhi with scheduled arrival at 8:10 AM. The flight was delayed by 40 minutes from its original departure time. Shortly after takeoff, the flight crew observed a flap transit light illumination. Following standard operating procedures and safety protocols, the crew performed all necessary checks and decided to return to Pune as a precautionary measure. The aircraft landed under full emergency conditions at Pune International Airport and passengers deplaned normally at the gate. All passengers and crew remained safe throughout the incident.
